Katrina Roy- Valuer
About
Katrina brings her passion for property and valuation from a successful professional background in residential, commercial and civil construction, rental and short-term traveller accommodation properties, corporate finance and business valuation. She has lectured finance at Lincoln University and still assists with tutoring and marking student property valuation assignments. In 2021, Katrina completed a Graduate Diploma in Valuation focusing on urban valuation.
Katrina has a particular interest in residential homes and investment property, having owned several homes and investment properties of various ages, many of which she has helped design, build and renovate.
Katrina enjoys building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and strives to exceed customer service expectations.
