About
Patric’s professional career in valuations began in 2007 whist completing his Bachelor of Business (Property) degree in Sydney, Australia. He commenced working for a Raine & Horne Valuations, gaining experience in various asset classes including commercial, industrial, retail and residential. He subsequently moved on to CBRE in their Hotels & Leisure department, assisting in specialist valuations of licensed premises including hotels/accommodation, pubs clubs and child care centres throughout NSW.
Patric became accredited as an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and decided to pursue his interest in residential property, transferring over to CBRE’s Residential Valuations division, gaining near 10 years of experience throughout various Sydney markets, specialising in prestige and property development valuations. His achievements lead him to become part of the management team and gaining multiple Valuer of the Year awards over the years.
In 2017, Patric decided to move to WBP Property Group in a management role whilst undertaking valuations of prestige property in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. After spending a couple years with the firm, Patric and his family decided to move to Queenstown, gaining his Registered Valuer status in 2020.
Patric now undertakes a range of valuations which include residential, lifestyle, prestige, development and insurance valuations. Patric offers wide industry knowledge, strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism gained from his years of experience, with the aim of helping his clients with their property decisions.
