Pre-inspection
You will be contacted by one of our friendly team to arrange a suitable time for a property valuer to inspect the subject property. They will also collect contact information and answer any questions you may have.
Inspection
Our Valuers will physically inspect your property. During this time they will, inspect all readily accessible areas, measure the dwelling and other improvements, and take photos/videos are required.
Post-inspection
Your report will be delivered within the timeframes agreed between you and the Valuer. Urgent jobs can be prepared in as little as 48 hours, subject to availability.
