Aidan is a Director and part owner of Valuation Partners.
Aidan is also an active Registered Valuer and holds a B.Com (VPM) from Lincoln. He practices predominately within the residential and lifestyle markets assisting clients make informed decisions no matter how challenging or unique the property is.
He is an advocate for the Valuation profession also volunteering his time as the current Chairperson of the NZ Institute of Valuer and Property Institute of NZ Otago Branch in addition to his Chairperson and Trustee role with the Valuers Education and Integrity Foundation (VEIF).
Before joining Valuation Partners, Aidan operated a successful valuation firm, Axia Property. After leaving the corporate world behind, he built a modern, high performing, and efficient practice with a strong profile in Dunedin and surrounds. He is very proud of what he has achieved, and so is his mum.
The next leap forward was joining Valuation Partners, alongside Kate and the team, Aidan hopes to learn more, share more, cover more of NZ, and hopefully take a short holiday each year! He really looks forward to working with you and is always available for a call or coffee.
Outside of work he keeps busy exploring everything that NZ has to offer, renovating and landscaping his home, making sure his dog Finn pulls his weight around the house, and spending time with family and friends.
